เครื่องวัดเฟสไฟฟ้า 3 เฟส SM852B 60V-600V 3 PHASE ROTATION TESTER
MODEL: SM852B
OPERATING POWER : 60V - 600V (AC 3 PHASE)
MAXIMUM VOLTAGE: 2000 V
FREQUENCY RANGE: 20Hz - 400Hz
INSTRUMENT SIZE: 82 x 62 x 23 mm ( WITHOUT TEST LEADS)
TEST LEAD LENGTH: 570 mm
WEIGHT: 189g
Appearance description
1. LED for open phase inspection: three orange LEDs indicating U phase V phase and W phase respectively.
2. LEDs for phase sequence inspection: one red LED and one green LED respectively
3. Strap: put on the wrist to prevent the instrument from slipping from the hand.
4. Test pens.
5.Test lead: red corresponds to U (R) phase (L1 R);
Yellow corresponds to V (Y) phase (L2 S);
Green corresponds to the W (B) phase (L3 T).
Operation instructions
Connect the test probe of the instrument to the wire under test (cannot pinch it directly with your hands) which can be the wire end socket or the middle part of the phase wire (when measuring in the middle part of the phase wire you need to peel off the insulation layer of the wire Go and expose the wire core inside to measure. At this time special attention should be paid to safety to prevent electric shock. For the convenience of users the instrument accessory is equipped with a special test clip. Insert the test clip on the metal probe of the test lead and tighten it. Conveniently clips on to take measurements anywhere ). At this time the meter will indicate the status of the open phase and the phase sequence based on the light emitting diode (LED) and buzzer.
Things to note
1. This instrument is a high-voltage testing equipment. Before use you must observe whether the instrument is in good condition. If the following conditions occur you must stop using it and perform corresponding inspections and repairs to avoid electric shock and unsafe accidents.
A: The appearance of the instrument is obviously damaged (such as cracks or damage to the casing broken test wires etc.);
B: The instrument was severely squeezed during transportation;
C: The meter has been idle for a long time under improper conditions (such as in the bathroom or a relatively humid place etc.).
2. Never open the casing of the instrument during the measurement process to avoid electric shock and unsafe accidents.
3. During the measurement process a large voltage is input from the test lead. Do not directly touch the exposed wire ends or the metal part of the test pen with your hands to avoid electric shock.
4. Although sometimes all the phase indicators are not lit there is still a voltage loop so be careful to prevent electric shock.
5. The circuit voltage should not be higher than 600V during measurement to avoid unsafe accidents.
6. When measuring 200V ACV the continuous use time should be no more than 60 minutes; when measuring 600V ACV the continuous use time should be no more than 4 minutes.
7. This instrument cannot be used for measurement outdoors when it rains or in relatively humid environments to avoid unsafe accidents.
8. Do not let the instrument come into contact with water or other corrosive liquids and do not place it in an environment exposed to direct sunlight or high temperature or relative humidity so as not to affect its test performance.
9. Non-professionals are prohibited from opening the instruments casing to avoid affecting its test performance.
10. Operators who use this instrument should have received special training understand the relevant knowledge of strong current operation and measurement and perform measurement operations in strict accordance with this instruction manual.
